Abs Workout - Level 2 is the second stage of this demanding training program. The floor exercises from level 1 are supplemented with crunches and other exercises which rely on the leverage effect. In addition, supporting positions are also added to noticeably increase the intensity of the workout while also promoting strength and coordination. Those who persevere with this program and train regularly can soon start to reap the benefits of a flat, well-defined stomach and shapely waist. If you find Level 2 to be too difficult, please revert back to Level 1 and only return to Level 2 when the exercises from Level 1 can be performed and repeated comfortably.
