Abs Workout - Level 3 is the most intensive but also the most effective stage of this abdominal workout series. In addition to the floor exercises that rely on leverage and support positions for straight and obliques, new elements are introduced in the form of jump motion and dynamic moves. These exercises increase the fat burning, improve coordination and balance, and make the abdominal msucles firm and fit. The overall package offers great functional training with an integrated core workout that brings even well-trained fitness professionals to a sweat. If you find Level 2 to be too difficult, please revert back to Level 2 and only return to Level 3 when the exercises from Level 2 can be performed and repeated comfortably.
