Aero Kick Intermediate Workout is an intense 30-minute workout that already presuppose you have some prior knowledge and a reasonable level of fitness. This intensive course works the whole body and pushes the cardiovascular system. After a warm-up, all of the muscle groups are systematically worked in a sweaty workout that is really good fun!
