Kettlebell Workout is a crisp course in which Gustavo and his co-presenter Thiago present the best exercises for a well-defined figure, fit body, increased mobility and improved coordination. During your workout, exercising with a kettlebell provides for different intensities depending on the weight selected.
After the warm-up, which brings the muscles up to operating temperature, you will train first in the standing position with a lot of body tension. The entire musculature, including the core, is activated. The exercises are designed to ensure that the abdomen, legs, butt and more are all in top shape. The training involves getting down on the mat. It is tough at first. Even though the muscles will burn - don´t give up. Finally, with regular training, great success is guaranteed.
