L. A. B. Workout is a highly effective fitness classics workout for the legs, abs, and buttocks. Stick to this workout for beautiful tight legs, a flat stomach, and a coveted butt.
The training starts with a warm-up , which brings the muscles up to operating temperature and boosts the circulation. The following standing exercises shape mainly the legs and buttocks. In between, there are also sequences for the biceps and triceps - please prepare water bottles ready for the arm training. You will then continue on the mat with abdominal and core training.
