There’s a good chance you’ll be eating, and possibly drinking, more than usual at all those family get-togethers during the holidays. There will also be a lot of tempting treats that taste delicious but are full of calories. It’s OK to treat yourself from time to time, but try to balance a large meal against some simpler low-calorie dishes at other meal times. Of course, you can always burn off those extra calories by following steps 2-5 the next morning anyway.
