Watch your fluid intake

Before going to sleep make sure to avoid fluid intake within one hour before bed so as to reduce the probability that you will need to get up late during night and go to the bathroom, or at least reduce the frequency of fluids. Go to bathroom right before bed to raise your chances of being able to sleep without getting up in the sleep and being disturbed.
