Avoid Sugar

You will do yourself a great service, when you avoid taking sugar. Sugar helps to slow down metabolism. Sugar for example is not meant to be taken in large amount, yet many people take it always in their meals. So if you must sweetened things try using other substitutes like honey or simply take things without them.
