It is dangerous for health to sit for long hours

Have you ever thought that sitting idle and doing nothing for hours will eat your health? According to the research made few years back it was found that when someone sits idle for almost 8 to 10 long hours then they will start getting prone to many hazardous diseases. The people have changed their live style totally and they haven’t realized that they actually destroyed themselves. You all must be thinking what actually happens when someone sits a lot. When the habit of sitting increases due to any reason then the blood circulation start to cease and cause tumor, cancer, damage to the vital organs, many heart diseases and diabetics.

There are several reasons behind a slow, sluggish and idle life and the reason is following:

·      Excessive office work

·      More works on electronic gadgets e.g. laptops, mobiles etc.

·      Watching long time TV

·      Some disease conditions also lead to slow life like depression

·      Long route drivers

Actually those who use laptops and watch TV are more prone to such diseases because they don’t take break during their work.  These above mentioned category of people are at very high risk. Many people who have developed disease complaint that they had very sluggish life and they never wanted to exercise.

If you are working excessively for straight 8 hours then you will be prone to Type 2 diabetes. Actually what happens is when someone sits a lot the calories burning rate decreases and due to this they can’t control the increase of development of glucose in the blood. The glucose which is actually supposed to be used by the body as energy is not used and then that glucose start deposit in body and in blood thus increasing blood glucose level and causing death.
