To complete this challenge and achieve the benefits, you’ll need to avoid all refined sugar and artificial sweeteners. Nearly all processed foods contain sugar in one form or another so be sure to read all food package labels carefully. Better still, avoid processed foods and eat only home-cooked meals with natural ingredients. You are allowed 4 teaspoons of unrefined sweeteners per day.
