The image of your body is very important because it shows what your are going through. If you are having a happy, healthy life with good food intake and contented family your body will give clear reflection of it. You will look beautiful and perfect, you won’t need any surgeries then to look beautiful and pretty, your inner health and mind satisfaction will show every thing on your face and body. It is said that your body and mind is synchronized, what you think will appear on your face.

Your body gives two types of images:

  • Healthy Body Image:

The more you have healthy inner life the more good body you will have.

  • Unhealthy Body Image:

If you have unhealthy eating habits, sad and depressed life then your body will give unhealthy image. It will be lethargic and gloomy with week inner and outer body.

Through your lifetime and life style your body image can be changed. It is very strongly connected and associated with the self-esteem of your life. Your active life and mental fitness is associated with your eating habits and physical activities. Body image issues affect all age groups, girls, boys, men, women and even young children. For e.g. teenage girls who don’t want to look fat and bigger, always try many ways to loose weight and get slimmer and thinner. The issues of boys are totally different they want to loose weight, have muscles and also want to be taller. Now they work hard for that and go for medical treatments and surgeries as well.

The Body Image of a Child

There are many factors, which influence and affect the body image of a child. These factors include following:

  • Family environment
  • Abilities or disabilities
  • The attitude of peers
  • The media and the advertising
  • Then the critical fashion industry and the cultural background

The social media also have a very strong influence on the body of the teenage. Especially when teenagers post their pictures on social media it affects the other people a lot. The problem of social media and its effects can be seen when your child becomes young and under go puberty. They want to fit in the frame that is acceptable and is loved by the society and people. They never understand that their body is going through many changes and they have to accept and love it. Due to social media your child undergoes depression and it suffers a lot.


False and negative teenage body image

The more prone people are the youngster, they are affected a lot because they are immature and have fresh minds.

  • They feel pressure from the family and try to fit in the frame world made for them which is impossible because god made every individual unique and different and that is the beauty of the world
  • Their body shapes are different
  • Negative high school self-perception: hazard elements
  •  A few youngsters are more affected than others to feel troubled about their bodies. Youngsters may be more at danger of building up an unfortunate self-perception in the event that they feel weight from family, associates or media to fit into a limited thought or if relatives / companions tease them about their appearance have an alternate body shape or weight. Or a body shape that is clearly not the same as the "ideal" shapes found in the media and in the event that they contrast themselves with others
  • High school youngsters all in all, adolescent young ladies specifically and overweight youngsters are likewise more prone to feel negative about their bodies or have an undesirable self-perception
