The Anytime.Anywhere Bodyweight Workout

Because it needs no equipment and uses your own bodyweight to develop your muscles, this is a great workout that you can do anytime and anywhere. All of the exercises in the workout are relatively simple, incredibly functional, and easily scalable so that you can step up the intensity as your fitness improves.

Start off nice and easy and gradually build up the speed (time your circuits and then race against your previous time), stamina (repeat the circuit as many times as you can), and intensity. You’ll soon start to appreciate what a great and effective workout this is.

Alternating lunges means alternate lunging forward with your right leg, and then your left.
