Tips:
You can extend sitting in a seat if that makes a difference. Also, you can utilize a Stretch-Out Strap, a nylon strap with inherent circles for your hands and feet. Attempt this: Place the wad of your foot through a circle, handle every end of the strap with your hands, and fix your leg. Lift your leg, tenderly pulling on the straps. You're not achieving your toes, you're taking the strap and pulling up, so regardless you're getting a hamstring stretch.
