Somehow, having removed the things inside of you that were making you weaker and slower, there is nothing else to hold you down or back. Upon completion of a detox, you will feel like a new man through and through. It is the kind of thing you do and now wonder if you shouldn´t have been done with it a lot earlier.
You can do a detox any number of times you like, but give your body some time to recuperate after each program. If it takes you a week to do your detox, then take a couple of weeks at least before you begin another session. It is only wise to do it that way. And once you are done away with them, you will feel like you were flying. Without a detox diet, you had hardly ever be able to feel like the complete person that you are or should be.
